Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a valid and binding contract between you ("User" or "Player") and moicity ("Platform", "we", "company"). This Agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the account registration process or begin using any service provided by moicity.

Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the moicity platform is limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:

• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not a resident of any jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion programme on any gambling platform

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms. moicity reserves the right to suspend, close, or merge any accounts believed to be held by the same individual, and any bonuses received through duplicate accounts will be cancelled.

Bonuses and Wagering Requirements

The general wagering requirement for all bonuses is 25 times the bonus amount received. The original deposit amount (excluding the bonus) may be withdrawn at any time without wagering requirements, subject to the minimum withdrawal limit.

Player Conduct and Prohibitions

Users of the moicity platform agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, or any technological tool to gain an unfair advantage
• Abusing the bonus system through multiple accounts or false information
• Launching any cyber attack, hacking attempt, or disruption against platform operations
• Cooperating with other players to cheat the system (collusion)
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities into the platform
• Using another person's account or sharing login details
• Raising an unauthorised chargeback after a legitimate transaction

A breach of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and potential exposure to legal action under the relevant jurisdiction.

Account Suspension and Closure

moicity reserves the right to suspend or close any account temporarily or permanently for the following reasons:

• Suspicion or confirmation of fraud or unfair conduct
• Failure to pass identity verification checks within the specified period
• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• A request by a relevant authority or regulatory body
• Suspicious activity relating to money laundering or terrorism financing

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting the moicity customer support team. Any remaining account balance (after wagering requirements are met and applicable deductions are taken into account) will be returned via the original payment method used.

For self-exclusion requests, players may contact our customer support to freeze or close their account for a specified period. We encourage responsible gambling and support players who choose to take a break from the platform.

Liability Limits and Disclaimer

moicity is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control
• Losses caused by unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to protect their login details
• Disputed game outcomes after a round has been fully completed
• Delays in transaction processing due to third-party issues such as financial institutions or payment service providers

moicity uses a certified and independent Random Number Generator (RNG) for all games to ensure fairness and randomness of outcomes. The platform does not guarantee winnings and reminds all users that gambling carries the risk of financial loss.

Privacy Policy and Data Protection
